All orders from The Lèvoir are shipped from our warehouse in Kolhapur, Maharashtra – India, via trusted courier services. Please allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery across India.

Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Saturday. A signature is required upon delivery. If you cannot be present, please arrange for a trusted alternative—such as a family member, colleague, or neighbor—to sign on your behalf. Please note that The Lèvoir is not responsible for any goods received by an alternate recipient.

Once delivered, any damage to the goods is beyond our control. Therefore, all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our customer service on the day of delivery.
