Refund and Return

At The Lèvoir, we want you to have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Since fragrances are personal and delicate, we have a thoughtful policy in place to ensure fairness while maintaining quality standards.

Returns & Exchanges
Because perfumes cannot be resold once opened, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to assist with an exchange.
• Please reach out to us within 24-48 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, leaking, or broken bottle.
• To process an exchange, we kindly request clear images and an unboxing video showing the condition of the product in its original packaging.
• Exchanges apply only to damages that occur during transit. Issues related to personal sensitivity, improper use, or storage are not covered under this policy. We always recommend doing a patch test before full application.

Refund Policy
While we do not offer refunds on delivered orders, we understand that unexpected issues may arise. In cases of severe damage or missing items, we will do our best to resolve the matter.
• If your package appears tampered with or damaged upon arrival, please refuse to accept it and notify us right away.
• If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us within 3 days so we can investigate. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with claims made beyond this period.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable as they are charged by third-party couriers.

To request a refund (if applicable), email our support team at contact@thelevoir.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order Number]”, along with the necessary proof of damage. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 days. For COD orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account within 4-7 working days.

Order Cancellations
• If you need to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. A small 2.5% payment gateway charge applies to prepaid order cancellations.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If a prepaid order is returned to us after shipping, a ₹75 processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
