At The Levoir, we take pride in crafting and delivering premium fragrances. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund policy except in the case of damaged or defective items.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds (Unless Damaged)

Because perfumes are hygiene-sensitive and can’t be resold once opened, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons like:

  • Change of mind

  • Fragrance not to your liking

  • Incorrect purchase

So please choose wisely—our scents are meant to be a commitment.


✅ Damaged or Defective Product? We’ve Got You.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, we’re happy to offer a free replacement. Here’s how to claim it:

What To Do:

  1. Email us at support@thelevoir.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos showing the damage

    • Unboxing video (if available—helps a lot)

  3. Our team will review and approve valid claims within 1–2 business days.

Important:

  • We only replace items that are damaged during shipping or arrive with manufacturing defects.

  • Items must be unused and sealed to qualify.

  • Claims made after 48 hours of delivery may be rejected.


🛍 Replacement Process

Once approved:

  • We’ll ship your replacement within 3–5 business days.

  • You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it’s dispatched.

We do not offer cash refunds. We believe in fixing the issue, not ghosting you.


⚠️ What’s Not Covered

  • Damage due to mishandling after delivery

  • Fragrance dislike or allergic reactions (please test responsibly)

  • Delay in delivery (we'll follow up with the courier, but delays are not grounds for replacement)
